For 2024 we're focusing even more on the great outdoors! South Delta is home to some of the most picturesque and diverse outdoor trails, perfect for walking, cycling, and exploring nature. Here’s a curated list of some of the best routes to enjoy in our beautiful region:

Walk, cycle, or horseback ride along this stunning oceanfront farmland trail where eagles reside and breathtaking views await. Follow the dyke south to Centennial Beach, head north towards Ladner, or venture east towards Mud Bay Park. This trail offers a serene and scenic experience for all nature lovers. Explore this scenic trail by bike from Tsawwassen to Ladner and enjoy touring local breweries Barnside Brewing and Four Winds Brewing Co. — and cap off your day with a delicious dinner at the River House Restaurant to enjoy the marina-front patio!

Experience the invigorating 300+/- step descent to Tsawwassen beach where you can enjoy leisurely walks and witness some of the most beautiful sunsets South Delta has to offer. This spot is perfect for a workout with a rewarding view.

Stroll along this gorgeous oceanfront wooden boardwalk with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean and the Deltaport terminal. It's a perfect place to enjoy the fresh sea breeze and stunning coastal scenery.
A mystical flat walking trail loops under a canopy of trees around the marsh in Ladner. Especially delightful are the wood carvings created by a local artist you'll discover amongst the trees.
This multi-use trail is ideal for bicycles, pedestrians, and horseback riders. Enjoy the expansive views and the freedom to explore various paths that connect through South Delta's scenic landscapes.

Explore the heritage and parkland of Deas Island. While bicycles are only allowed on the main roads, the trails are perfect for pedestrians and horseback riders. Discover cottonwood forests, tidal marshes, fields, and sand dunes along the banks of the Fraser River.

Enjoy a peaceful walk in this charming park. It's a great place to relax, have a picnic, and take in the natural surroundings.

Walk along the Fraser River on this beautiful trail. Experience the rich birdlife and serene landscapes unique to Ladner.

Whether you're a walker, cyclist, or horseback rider, there's something here in South Delta for everyone to enjoy!
